Frequently asked questions

How is the review grade calculated?
The grade (A–F) is based on your Google star rating and how many reviews you have. A high rating with lots of reviews earns an A; a high rating with very few reviews is graded down because there isn't enough volume to build trust, and a low rating pulls the grade down regardless of count.
Is the review scorecard free?
Yes. You see your grade, rating, review count, and recency instantly with no sign-up. Enter your email to unlock the full report — how you rank against nearby competitors and exactly what to fix — and we'll email you a copy.
How do you compare me to competitors?
We look up businesses of the same type within about 5km of you on Google and compare their public star ratings and review counts to yours, then show where you rank in that local pack.
How do I improve my grade?
Get more recent 5-star reviews. The report tells you roughly how many more you need to reach your next half-star. ReputeLoop automates this — it asks every customer at the right moment, routes happy customers to Google and unhappy feedback privately to you.
