How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up and immediately get full access to your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start — you only add a payment method when you choose to subscribe. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account pauses and you're never billed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount today and new features unlock right away. Downgrades are scheduled: you keep your current plan and its features until the end of the billing period, then your plan switches at the next renewal with no charge today.

How does the smart feedback routing work?

When a customer submits a rating, ReputeLoop checks it against your location's Google review threshold. By default that's 4 & 5 stars → your Google review page (a one-click button), while 1–3 stars see a feedback form and their response comes to you privately, not publicly. You can set the threshold per location to '5 stars only' if you'd rather point only 5-star customers to Google. Ratings below the threshold always reach you first — customers are never blocked from posting a public review on their own.

What happens when I receive a negative review?

Starter plan customers receive an instant email (and optionally SMS) alert with the customer's name, rating, and feedback. Growth and Pro plan customers also get a support ticket in the built-in help desk so nothing falls through the cracks.

Can ReputeLoop help me reply to my existing Google reviews?

Yes — the Reply Assistant is included with every paid plan. It pulls in the reviews Google features (and you can paste any older or specific one) and drafts three professional public-reply options for each, tuned to the star rating. You review and edit the draft, then copy and paste it into your Google Business Profile — Google doesn't allow apps to post replies automatically, so you always stay in control of what goes public.

Do my customers need to create an account to leave a review?

No. They receive a link via email or SMS, click it, tap a star rating, and they're done. The entire process takes under 30 seconds — no app, no login, no friction.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

No contracts, no minimum commitment. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans are billed once per year. Cancel any time from your billing settings.

Can I import my existing customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a CSV file with name, email, and/or phone number. ReputeLoop deduplicates automatically and respects opt-outs. You can also add customers individually.

Is ReputeLoop available outside the United States?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — ReputeLoop currently supports US-based businesses only, because our review-request texting is provisioned for US phone numbers. If you're outside the US you can still join the waitlist when you set up your account, and we'll email you the moment we launch in your country. Canada is next on our list.

Do you comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)?

Yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. SMS messages include opt-out instructions. ReputeLoop tracks opt-outs globally and never re-contacts a customer who has unsubscribed.
